We'll match you with a pen pal who returned their first envelope at the same time as you, and send you their introductory letter in a new package.
Return your prepaid envelope with a response to your pen pal ASAP — they're waiting! Penmanship will ship your response as soon as it's processed.

Receive your pen pal's letter in a package from Penmanship, write your letter, and return it in a large, prepaid flat envelope back to us. Keep the same pen pal every month! Send and receive anything that fits in the envelope — like stickers or bookmarks!
No problem! We'll let you know they are no longer a member and send you an introductory package so we can match you with a new pal.
Let us know — safety is our first priority. We will reassign you and open a case with your previous pal. We reserve the right to revoke any membership at our discretion.
